Biscuit bar is a fast casual restaurant and bar that specializes in southern food on biscuits. The space is located in a refurbished horse and mule barn in the historic Stockyards of Fort Worth. To preserve the historic nature of the existing shell, the prototypical Biscuit Bar design had to be modified to showcase the historical elements of the building.

A separate structure was created to suspend the kitchen ceiling and the dining room ceiling was left open to highlight the existing concrete structure and clerestory windows. The existing columns and and exposed brick were also left exposed.
